Drones, the Law, and Community Associations Presented by Sonia Bosinger and Mark Kramer

The topic will be on drones (UAS) and the law provided by the attorneys of Arias Bosinger and a representative from drone inspection company EagleHawk. Sonia concentrates her legal practice on representing community associations. She provides advice and counsel on a variety of issues to board members and their professional managers. Her work with these communities includes contract drafting, review and dispute resolution, collections, foreclosure, turnover, covenant enforcement, amendments, elections, insurance, financial budgeting and operations, as well as providing on advice regarding the daily administration of community associations. Sonia also has broad experience in other areas of law including real estate, mortgage foreclosure, and residential and commercial landlord/tenant issues.

Sonia is an experienced litigator admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and both federal and bankruptcy courts in the Middle District of Florida. She represents clients in mediations, arbitrations, and civil lawsuits, including trials, while keeping her clients’ goals and bottom line in mind.

She has been a member of and featured speaker for many industry groups and local organizations regarding real estate and community association law issues. She has also lectured at numerous continuing education classes for community association board members and managers.
