Sonia Bosinger

Sonia concentrates her legal practice on representing community associations. She provides advice and counsel on a variety of issues to board members and their professional managers. Her work with these communities includes contract drafting, review and dispute resolution, collections, foreclosure, turnover, covenant enforcement, amendments, elections, insurance, financial budgeting and operations, as well as providing on advice regarding the daily administration of community associations. Sonia also has broad experience in other areas of law including real estate, mortgage foreclosure, and residential and commercial landlord/tenant issues.
