“Insurance and Casualty”, including hot button insurance issues under the Condominium statute. The Course No. is “9626161”, with one (1) CEU credit.

Topics will include casualty versus deficient maintenance, the insuring obligation of the association, including an insurance industry disagreement, insuring obligation of a homeowners association, reconstruction and repair after casualty for condominiums and homeowners associations, elements of a construction contract, association access to units, common mold, administration of insurance funds and the best effort standards for condominium association insurance.
